Charlestown Library is located at 51 Clark Road, off State Road 3 between State Road 62 and State Road 403. It is the administrative headquarters for the Charlestown-Clark County Public Library system.

The library has internet access, word processing, scanning, printing, copying (black/white and color), and fax service available to the public. Charlestown Library is a wireless hotspot.
